3 day Mountain Bike Beginners Programme based on Forth Mountain.

Highly skilled and qualified Instructors with extensive experience in Ireland and abroad.

Age 13-17, bring your own bike or rent one.

All basics are covered to learn to mountain bike competently including;

balance, braking, cornering, maintenance and reading the trail.

€105 for the 3 day course

€30 for Bike rental (paid separately on the Easter Programme Bike Rental)
